SHIPPING AND RETURN
I. DELIVERY TYPE
Orders are shipped to the street address designated in the order. Post Office boxes are not acceptable. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the tracking number and the link for following your order status. In case of damaged package delivery, please follow directions given by the carrier or contact our Customer Service 203-838-6200 (USA).
Dispatch time is within 3 business days (from Monday to Friday). This time corresponds to the time taken to prepare your order at our depot (destocking, checking, preparation of the package, packing, labelling etc.).

The online sale of products and services presented on this site is reserved for buyers who reside in United States.
III. RETURNS AND REFUND
We guarantee your satisfaction with all Alyssa Ashley merchandise.
We will gladly accept returns not meeting with your expectations. Simply contact our Customer Service 203-838-6200 (USA) to arrange to return your merchandise that hasn't been opened in its original condition with the receipt or original invoice within 7 days from the delivery for a merchandise exchange, credit, or a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). Shipping costs are not refundable).
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective shipments. Simply contact our Customer Service 203-838-6200 (USA) within 7 days of delivery.
The payment card that you used to pay for the order will be refunded, maximum within 14 days of the date that the package is returned.
Exchanges in most cases will be sent back to you without additional shipping charges.
